TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions are written as an agreement to protect not only both the breeder and the buyer, but also the health and wellbeing of the puppy being purchased.

It is important that you recognise the time and financial commitment that is required to raise a puppy.

Deposits and Waiting List:

  • To enquire about a place on our waiting list, you must complete our ‘Waiting List’ Application form, found on our website. Once we receive the form, we will contact you via phone call.

  • To secure you place on our waiting list, you must place a $500 deposit. Our deposits are non-refundable, so please be sure when placing your deposit.

  • Selection of pup goes in order of date and time of deposits placed.

  • If you wish to wait until the pups are older before selecting a pup, we will not hold any pups for you - it is a first in best dressed process.

  • If there is not a pup that you wish to pick from the current litter, you are able to transfer your deposit to the next litter, and in-turn, move up on our waiting list.

Purchase of a Puppy:

  • To secure your pup selection, we require at least 50% of full payment to be made.

  • Payment must be completed in full prior to picking up your pup, or us putting your pup onto road or air transport. If payment is not complete prior to departure, we will not be able to send your pup off.

  • We ensure that all of our pups have had a full vet health check prior to leaving our care. We do not take any responsibility for any injury or illness that occurs post-purchase.

  • We complete the first vaccination and microchipping for your puppy. Any other vet-related costs after this are responsibility of the new owners. Your puppy will require their second and third vaccination before being able to go out to public places. This is important to prevent your puppy from picking up any communicable diseases, such as Parvo, which can be fatal.

  • Our puppies receive a health check by a vet at six weeks of age, clearing it to be able to go to home to you, therefore meaning they are in good health at the time of sale.

  • All worming, tick and flea treatments are up-to-date and maintained whilst in our care. It is important that you continue this upon taking your pup home.

  • It is highly recommended that the pup is de-sexed at the appropriate age. All of our pups are sold strictly as ‘pet-only’, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with us as the breeder.

  • If you intend to breed, this must be clearly indicated when completing the waiting list application.

  • Any health issue to arise once the pup has left the breeders care is not the responsibility of the breeder, this includes neglect and/or injury.

  • If the buyer in unable to keep the pup for any reason, this must be communicated with the breeder. It is then up to the breeder to either take on the care of the pup and rehome it, or allow the buyer to find a new home that is then agreed upon by the breeder.
